We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager to design, manage, and execute our corporate communication strategy.

Your Role:

As the Public Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping VAVE Studios’ corporate communication and cultural identity worldwide.

Your Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Understand how to strategically communicate our ideas, values, and design approach to our target audiences – digitally, locally, and internationally.
• Link our projects with relevant topics and integrate them into current discourses.
• Expand our international network of media relations, platforms, partners, and representatives.
• Strategically plan all PR activities across our different channels, offices, and markets.
• Represent our studio online and offline at events, both internally and externally.
• Develop and articulate PR strategies in a clear and persuasive manner across different touchpoints and channels.
• Increase our visibility, online and offline, around our studio, projects, methodologies, and culture.
• Ensure alignment of creative output with our tone of voice.Create and curate visually and emotionally compelling content that resonates with our target audiences.
• Write press releases, project texts, newsletters, and content for social media.
• Continuously ensure alignment of all communication activities with our corporate strategy.
• Constantly analyze, track, review, and improve our workflow, output, and impact in the field of corporate communication.
• Brief, guide, and supervise team members regarding content management of our website, online portals, and social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, WeChat, Red Book, etc.).
• Plan and organize award submissions for internationally acclaimed design awards.
• Organize the documentation of our projects (photo shoots, video shoots, interviews).

Your Qualifications and Skills:

A strong CV and portfolio are expected, showcasing a range of design projects as evidence of the following experience, qualifications, and skills:

• University degree in communication sciences/management or comparable education.
• At least 3 years of experience and a proven track record in public relations within the creative industry.
• Passion for digital media and communication techniques and a good sense for social media trends.
• Solid insight and holistic overview of the experience design industry.
• Profound and up-to-date understanding of industry trends in brand communication, architecture, exhibition design, experience design, and technology innovations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional visual and written communication skills in English (German, Arabic, Chinese a plus).
• Strong English copywriting skills (German, Arabic, Chinese a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and others.
• Proficiency in using presentation software such as Keynote, Microsoft Office, and similar tools, experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Work responsibly, independently, and in an organized manner.
